What the heck is the purpose of the mrqrdt.com website? Mostly it is just to test website development projects. Those tests wind up here, somewhere, along with other projects for clients. For example, one project was to animate a website's favicon. View this site with Firefox and you'll see that mine is animated. A client requested frame-like page structure without the hassle of having frames (and had heard that "Frames are bad, unnkay?"). Styling the page with CSS is a good solution and it is what controls the layout of my site.
I'm a programmer, involved mostly in Internet development projects. I do this for a living, but I like the idea of free things and open source projects, too. There are so many free utilities and scripts that it seems wasteful to purchase them. The CSS menu on my site is a nice example. Feel free to review all scripts, CSS, menus, etc., but before downloading, check the comments as you might need to obtain a copy from some other site.
